Access – Trouble logging in iPad

If you are having problems logging in from an IPad, try these fixes:

1: Check that cookies are allowed on your iPad (Settings > Safari > Cookies) - choose "From visited".

2: Close your browser, start it again, type the URL adress again, but this time use "http:// meaning: "

  1. Reboot your iPad (hold top/right button and menu at the same time for 10 seconds) and try #1 and #2 again

4: Contact us if it still does'nt work
